We were passing through on a road trip and stopped here for a room, the other hotels were booked and we were thankful there were rooms available here. The staff were super nice helping us get a room and we ended up with a suite for less than a queen bed room because they were having trouble with their booking system. They went out of their way to help ensure we had a place. Room was clean and smelled nice, the pool was clean but unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired so we weren't able to relax and soak. Continental breakfast was typical, fresh apples and some oranges, but no bananas. I wish more places offered bananas. Coffee was good, and service area was clean and staff were friendly. Only stayed one night, but it was a good sleep on comfortable bed.
This hotel is clean customer service is amazing due to Elenia she is the backbone to this hotel she should be manager she caters to customers every need . I am a special education teacher that just relocated to the area . She had treated me very kind while I have needed to stay at the hotel while my home rental is getting finished . This is the nicest hotel in Klamath .

Nice modern room, clean and comfy. The shower pressure is strong, which is a rare treat. Bed is comfortable with good variety of pillows. Overall, a very nice stay.
The only downfall is all the bugs at night. I dont see anything the staff can do about it. They did everything they could. It's just the location during the summer. Room was clean but the highlight is the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Rough parking for bigger vehicles but the front is on camera.
The hotel was clean and well kept. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shopping and restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel, very easy walk. There’s a Jersey Mike’s subs and a Chipotle within one minute walk of the hotel and a Bi-Mart on the other side of the parking lot, two minute walk away. There were some homeless in the area but no tent cities I could see.
The jacuzzi in the room was wonderful! The breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious! Will go back! The price was GREAT! DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE
This hotel doesn't look very new on the outside but inside is renovated and looks good. The pool was clean. The breakfast was ok for the price. The rooms were nice. Beds were clean soft and comfortable. Overall it is a nice hotel for the price. We came in from California early at around 8am and were able to check in early and ate breakfast that day. Nice budget hotel.
